The support happens only for email for 6 months for personal users and 12 months for companies.

Our support is only by e-mail, 16 hours by day, monday even saturday.

The updates among versions are totally free.
These updates are send by e-mail for customers who had bought the later versions.

Important: For internal politics we do not develop Demo versions or Shareware. Just Commercial and Freeware.

In case of doubts on ours softwares and games, read manuals (manual of the product and general manual of support) and the archive read first that follow each one of our products before exactly to set our support by email.
